Evaluasi Program Akademi Desa 4.0 dengan Model CIPP di Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi

This study aims to determine the evaluation of Akademi Desa 4.0 program with CIPP model at Ministry Villages, Development Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The focus this research is elaborated into several problem formulations, including: 1) How evaluate context 2) input 3) process 4) product. method uses qualitative type field (field research) by collecting data through observation, interviews documentation. analysis technique in descriptive method. results can be concluded that above indicate that, terms context, Transmigration indeed very much needed village, especially community managing themselves. In input, has been prepared meet needs supported human resources (HR), funding, adequate infrastructure. process, Work carried out based on management functions, namely: planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluating. products, general, programs said have achieved even though they not maximized, so there improvements their implementation.
